The yoga classes at Līlāvatī Yoga are suitable for everyone.
You practice a vigorous yet mindful flowing yoga practice in Vinyasa style. But you always experience the calmer influence of Hatha and Yin. Sun salutations, more complex asanas, pranayama, meditation and mantras are part of these classes. The various yoga techniques under precise guidance are ideal for finding a balance to the stressful everyday life, calming the waves of thought and getting to feel. You will learn how to promote your physical and mental well-being. Your yoga practice leads to more muscle strength and stability, flexibility and relaxation, as well as more body awareness and mindfulness with yourself.
When the weather is nice, we practice in the GARDEN in summer. There is space for far more than 5 yogis.
