AERIAL YOGA - SWING YOURSELF HAPPY!
Aerial Yoga combines classic yoga positions with elements of acrobatics and sling training.
Supported by the cloth, many postures that would normally require a lot of muscle power can be effortlessly assumed and held. The spine and joints are protected, the muscles are holistically strengthened and stretched, and balance and mobility are trained. Inverted postures, which can be assumed safely and easily in the sling, relieve your spine and organs in a wonderful way and noticeably relieve your back. Weightless swinging addresses the fascial tissue intensively, brings body and mind into balance and provides soothing relaxation. Working with the cloth promotes confidence in your own body and its abilities and thus strengthens self-confidence. Each aerial lesson combines holistic aspects of strengthening, balance, flexibility and regeneration.
Suitable for yoga novices as well as advanced.
The hour is led by myself. I completed the Aerial Yoga Flow basic training with Liliana Polanco in Berlin and would be happy to accompany you in the hammock.
